Nothing they treated us poorly. Our booking said we had breakfast included and our room was booked for 4 people but they would only let 2 eat

everything was fine, beds are super tiny but I knew that going in. The grout on the bathroom floor could use some tlc.

Location was close to our concert venue.

No microwave in the room. Room keys stopped working to let us into the hotel after hours. Got charged for something I have no idea what it was for.

It was walking distance to the Dome. Hotel was beautiful and our room was really nice.

The beds in the double bed rooms were only full. Very small for a couple.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and the location of this hotel was perfect. I went to the Beyonce concert and the hotel was located right next to the venue and was walking distance. Also the Blues Museum and other food places were in a short walking distance from the hotel. The overall room was very clean and I really enjoyed my stay. After the concert it was really hot outside and the hotel staff provided water for all the guests walking back inside.

How close the hotel was to the Dome at America's Center. We were able to walk to the event instead of driving. This made it very convenient for us.

That we had to pay $35 to check in early and $35 for parking. It was scary going to the parking garage and we initially got lost coming out of it.

I liked the location and staff.

The non complementary water bottle left in my room. Why leave a water bottle in the room if it isn’t complementary? It feels very unsanitary cause I don’t know how many guest have touched that water bottle cause it was left in their rooms or how well it was cleaned.

Bed was extremely comfortable and the room amenities were top notch .

Our room was very clean. We ate at the hotel and drank from the bar. The staff were very nice.

The hallways stunk every time we walked on our floor. There was no other issue besides the smell in the hallway.

Definitely wasnt worth the price! Was there for an event inside which was a wedding and still had to pay additional fee to park! Unacceptable and the room was so tiny!! I could have went across the street and got a bigger one for less money

Unfriendly Staffs. I didn't saw any smiling faces in staffs. I saw pubic hair in room toilet seat. $35 fee for daily parking is too high. No free internet.

Hotel restaurant staff seemed unhappy to be seating people an hour and a half before posted closing time.

The room coffee supplies were not refilled on the second day of our stay. The restaurant location was not obvious and how to use it was lacking.

Location, grandeur, hotel bar, super close to everything downtown, even walked safely to the stadium
