The parking was very handy and helpful, even though the cost caught me off guard, It was fair priced for the duration

No room service and could not bring in any food. It was sad being hungry.

Location!

This was a fun experience and very different from most hotels. It's a heritage listed building that used to be a gentlemen's sports club. It's a gorgeous building with great sports facilities. Certainly the first time I have stayed in hotel with a basketball court (with a Guinness world record attached). The sports facilities are extra but exceptional value and a great pool. The staff were lovely, especially the staff in the restaurants.

Real coffee (like a latte). I know it's America but it would have been great to have somewhere on site for a coffee. More hours when the cafe/restaurant was open. Not being able to check in till 4pm.

It's very noisy. Walls seem like paper. Conversation in other rooms can be heard without problem. As is the traffic from outside.

Walking distance from the baseball stadium and the arches. Comfortable at a good price.

Horrible stay!!!

I think that may be more perfect to make full breakfast on weekends, but we enjoyed the continental served these Saturday and Sunday! The athletic facilities are amazing. My son enjoyed this a lot!

The bedding is ok but I think that if you put a memory foam linner on top it was really good! 👍 Louis, at the Front Desk is really helpful and very nice! And Carl too, Linda in the restaurant was so cool and friendly!
