Loved the location near business meeting area. Loved the barista area. Staff was friendly.

Being the the first floor was accessible however a little bit noisy.

The hotel was in a nice location and the room rates were reasonable by comparison to other hotels in the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I love that they gave complementary water.

The rooms were a bit dated. There’s not really a real restaurant in the hotel just a marketplace, which is different.

The website says the Bistro is open everyday. It was closed Friday night. I was assured it would be open Saturday night. I returned from a long day to have dinner and cocktails (and not get behind the wheel of my car). It was NOT open. The desk clerk told me there were too many kids so they didn't open it. Many disappointed adults in the hallways along with me. Stay 9/1 and 9/2. When I left on 9/2 for the day, I asked that my coffee be refilled but no other service was needed. No coffee.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds

I never knew before booking the hotel that they charged $3 a night to park, it isn’t a lot of money but I don’t like how hotels do that. I wanted a disabled friendly room but I didn’t get the room I requested

Perfect location. Close to shopping, attractions and the ball park. Loved the homemade chocolate chip cookies!

Need a microwave in room. And definitely need a Keurig coffee machine!
