the location is just across the highway from the Domain without staying in the chaos of it and is quiet.

unsure if about property but they changed the “hold fee/charge”. I’ve stayed here before and never had the full room and accidental overage charges all removed from the account or pending at once. it was always maybe 1/4th or 1/2 of the trip. so that threw a lot of switches and obstacles into in my weekend.

There was a live roach in the room! I had to call the front desk to change my room and send help to kill the roach so I can get my sleeping baby from the bed because I have roach phobia!!! I can’t accept that for a hotel room on the 4th floor with no food in the room who should stay on top of their pest control!!! I did not stay in the hotel for the rest of my booking and I requested for a refund. while the front desk acknowledged refunding me, they did not send any emails or confirmations.
