Location was excellent

Loud facility, very rude staff

My friend, sister and I were very much looking forward to our stay. However, we were very disappointed with our (short) stay at the Hyatt. When we arrived to check in, we were given the wrong room. When we were given the correct room, it was not up to par. There were stains on the sheets. The carpet had stains and there was a used wash cloth in the the shower when we arrived. This leads me to believe that the bathroom was not cleaned. When we notified staff twice about the issues (used wash cloth and wanting the sheets changed), we were told they would take care of. It was never taken care of when we arrived back to our room after our outing.

I was unaware when I booked about the large amount to use valet. I assumed it was part of the hotel amenities $34. Plus tip. I did not feel safe in the area. Lots of questionable people hanging around outside . The carpeting in the room was disgusting. It was so dirty I had to be sure I had slippers on No soap was left by bathroom sink. I had to make a trip down to ask for soap.
