The room was spacious w/ a nice fridge and microwave. Beds were comfortable also, an overall good stay. The indoor pool looked nice too but April is a little too early for me for pool activities but it was indoors.

Location is kind of in a difficult spot to find if you don't know where you going so thank god for google maps gps service.

Staff were nice enough but didn't really have a lot of interaction so it was okay. My son left his sweater in our room when we checked out and when we went back, they had it ready with my name on it. Breakfast was decent.

My son and I stayed here for a Basketball tournament. The hotel is older than what the picture shows. Everything looks old inside. The shower was old and had a weak stream and the handle was like a make shift mixer and I can tell it was DIYed. Our washroom door was falling apart. When you open it from the inside the top right inside corner gets stuck and the panel separates. Another DIYed repair as I can see the rough patch on a big crack on the door that was painted over. Stayed here for two nights pretty much just to sleep as my son had a basketball tournament from morning till the afternoon of each day. The room next to us were noisy late at night until between 12am-1am both nights. I didn't bother complaining the first night since there were other teams/players staying at the hotel, I figured it was a group of players just enjoying their trip together so I didn't want to spoil their fun. But the second night got annoying a bit. I tried using the hotel phone to call front desk but it wasn't working. I was too tired to get up so I just waited for the noise to subside then fell asleep.

It was quiet, we didn't hear anything. We didn't hear any of the normal hotel noises, none of the hallway sounds or neighboring sounds.

The television in the room did not work. We even had the front desk attendant come and tried to reset it. Most outlets were not working, so we had to charge 1 device at a time, and there were 6 plus devices. We decided to watch our phones until we fell to sleep.

Staff in the kitchen extremely nice, very pleasant. There to serve you and beyond.

John the manager was nonchalant regarding the horrible experience I had some youth kick my door kids ages from 5 til junior high level cursing running up and down the hallways this was from 8 pm til 2:45 am. Also Ali wouldn’t answer the front desk booking.com tried to reach him to no avail so I myself when downstairs to give him my phone which booking.com was waiting to speak with him he refused to take the call. I called booking.com because I wanted a full refund of this nightmare experience at this unprofessional so called hotel!! The police came out regarding the disturbance of the kids being unruly disrespectful. Trash in the hallway, one teenagers kicked over a big rack right close by my door. These kids misbehaved for two days of my whole time at this ghetto ran hotel. Now John the manager told me they couldn’t put this kids out because they we’re underaged then the hotel should have had Family Service to speak to them who rent to minors? I was told the next day they we’re gone so I’m thinking at least a one night of rest but not so this second group was even worse letting me further this hotel has no morels or any values!!! I have video and pictures. I will never return back to this horrible hotel this is sad bad business. We were down because my grandson was in Nationals for track which only great thing come from this he and a female classmate won both first place in the Nationals the 200 meter and the 400 meters!!

the room was absolutely gorgeous!!! easy to get to, room was easy to find.

it smelled like marijuana in the halls and stairway. other guests were loud and kids were running wild at the pool, was ran into by a kid in the hall running into the pool.
