Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice and we used it several times due to rain or keeping our oldest busy while his brother napped. Breakfast was nice as well.

The staff, cleanliness, and value of the property for the cost-it was very reasonable.

The breakfast could have included grits and more "Southern" foods.

Did not eat breakfast, not pleased with selections. One elevator, shared with custodial services.? Allergies: Prefer hotel to restrict (designate) limited floors for pets…?

It took so long for the room to be ready

Less than an hour after checking into my room. I was told my room A/C wasn’t working and I had to move rooms. Also on the first night someone tried to enter my room. They knocked them used a key card to try and open the door. If the lock wasn’t on the door they would of entered the room after midnight. I told the front desk and they started they would B inform the manager and said it was best if I told them that night. I was from out of town it would of been better if I called the police.

The amenities were great (basketball court, outside lounge area and pool specifically)! The front desk staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. No complaints about the room nor the housekeeping service. The hotel was clean and cozy! Really wish I could take the hotel and experience everywhere I travel.

My only complaint is that I wish we had a room where the restroom wasn't inside the bedroom and easily accessible to the living room.

although the room/facilities were clean, our room unfortunately reeked of cigarettes.

The breakfast was great and the room was comfortable, clean with clean towels. The kitchen /dinning area was a bonus for me. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

The television was not working. They had problems with the cable connection in the building.
