the room smelled musty, there were cigarette burns in the comforter and I had a non smoking room. the door didn’t look like it was fully closed when it was locked.

We couldn’t stay because the smell of the room was so bad.

Everything the service was nonexistent! The service at the front desk was minimal and there was a foul odor in the entire hotel and in the guest room!

A facility in dire need of rehab. Dirty Stopped up drains. Questionable people loitering inside lobby and outside the building. Apparently the building provides permanent housing for some clients because school busses dropped off kids at the building. Just not what we were expecting. Actually left a day early and slept in my truck for the third night. Just felt safer that way!

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to Great Wolf Lodge. There were plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. The best thing I can say about our room was that the shower worked and had plenty of hot water and the bedspreads looked newer. That's all of the high points.

Where do I begin? First of all, the hallways were filthy. There was debris, crumbs, and trash in the hall which was not vacuumed during our time there. The stairwells smelled of urine all the time unless someone sprayed it with lemon air freshener, which happened daily. People sat outside smoking constantly. While using the pool with my child, a couple rolled and smoked a joint next to me. There is NOTHING in the kitchenette. No dishes, pots, pans, utensils, cups - nada. There is a fridge, sink, stovetop, and sink. On our second day, the electricity stopped working in the outlet in the kitchenette. Of the five lights in the main living area, one of them worked. There was one lightbulb in the bathroom light fixture and several empty spots. We found long hairs on the nightstand when we first arrived. There were stains on the walls. The bathroom had someone else's water bottle cap in the corner behind the door. The floor was laminate and not carpet, but it still didn't feel clean. Apparently, the Olympic stomping team or a college marching band rented the room above us and felt the need to practice between the hours of 5 AM and midnight. We were woken multiple times over our three night stay by something heavy crashing overhead. I can't say that it is definitely due to staying in this hotel, but my husband and I both came down with serious chest infections after this vacation. Since this hotel was so gross, it's easy to believe it's where we got sick. You will definitely save money here. You will also walk away with stories about your worst hotel room stay ever, too.
