Some of the staff working in the water park were not friendly or efficient in performing their job functions.

by us being elderly everything was accessible

we went to have fun in water park but water park water was cold and we did not enjoy that much

Had plenty of quiet room to room. you barely heard your neighbors. The cleaning staff was fantastic. When we needed new towel or trash bags the happily gave them to us

The room with the bunkbeds opened to the main room. if you turn on a light you can disturb the sleepers. The bathroom light turned on the fan which was extremely loud. The AC blasted cold air no matter what we did so most of the room time, including sleep was noisy and we all wore light jackets. No glasses were available for teethbrushing etc.

My children loved the Waterpark and all the amenities. The price for a standard room was quite pricy for what it provides. While standing in line for check in I was a little shocked to overhear a conversation regarding price someone else payed for their stay. It was tremendous lower then what I payed. When I explored the main website for the hotel, no rooms were apparently available but the price was still comparable to bookings price.

The cost and the food could have been way better for the cost.

Plenty activities for all children.

I'm disable , wish closer floor to pool. Hard me get to room with my fracture pelvic. Pay 270 canopy , not able bring my cakes to pool after I was told I could. Paid extra 50 bucks , for cakes be brought in. Fridge not stock , safe wouldn't work after asking 5 person finally got it working. Try pay cash for my food, told not able take cash, my kids brought cash from savings , wish had heads up. Also my expensive cake was ruined , first not able bring to canopy , second no freezer in room and top that no one had lighter or matches. Don't understand , why no one help us getting lighter for melted cakes . Poor baby's had drink what left of cakes on plate. Top things off could be my last trip with baby's , I have cancer and currently doing chemotherapy. Cancer back 3rd time , no cure. Really disappointed, not one manger called after I emailed the problems I had. Guess with all people there , don't matter lose customers. We saved for 4 months for this , not cheap at all. We expected little better least money we paid . Just unfortunate I guess, I learned my lesson. One thing , not worth canopy at all and waste of money. Think able bring drinks put in or be filled with drinks amount money cost.
