Location to where we needed to be

Bed and pillows were uncomfortable, duvet was thin and flimsy, toilet could use a good lime away treatment, shower is incredibly small with a horrible shower head, and ice maker did not work. And worst of all- the screaming kids running up and down the hallway, outside by the pool at 9pm, and in the lobby

Location was very good, next to a lot of things. Room smelt nice. Friendly staff.

Breakfast wasn't very tasty. Under remodel so lost electricity and water was shut off.

The room was spacious and it was nice to have access to a stove. The staff were all very friendly.

The AC didn't work well. We were hot and the thermostat was set to the lowest setting. Also could use a few more pan options in the kitchen.

price difference from booking.com. Been a week my card has yet to be updated and lady at first told me it was cause taxes was 12% at hotels In Florida then was told it was for incidentals. Even though price still didn’t add up kinda felt like I was stupid. My kids wanted to swim but there was a huge party at the pool and they felt uncomfortable

Loved the overall cleanliness, size, room decor and amenities.

The sofa needed cleaning. It had body odors and stains.

it had a pool, although it is past it’s time for repair and updating

description said it had a ev charger when it did not. the staff had no idea what I was talking about.

the room was great and very comfortable the staff was awesome extremely friendly and helpful. would definitely stay there again
