Perfect for families and work

the room was clean. staff were amazing and kind. the breakfast was good- everything was the same except for 2 things everyday. i stayed for half a week and those 2 things would change everyday for example it would be scrambled eggs & biscuits one day, bacon & waffles m another day, etc. they had boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, etc,. the gym was small but was there (treadmill didn’t work). the kitchen had everything you needed but things were smaller like pot & pan. location is GREAT everything is so close by!

i had left the door cracked open and a make employee opener it. i’m not sure why he was planning to come in but i yelled out to leave so that was strange. he & the other male employee apologized and left

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was not thoroughly clean, because I found hair in random places.

The shower and cleanliness

The elevator kept breaking and had to walk to the third floor

Plenty of room for a family of 5

There was not any extra bedding available for the pull-out couch and the refrigerator was rusted on the outside which made it look dirty

I got charged double and told they had to because their employees are idiots

vacation ruined cause of idiot desk help. liars
