No breakfast. Didn't like anything.

No heat--thermostat didn't work so we froze at night. Only one light worked by the bathroom, even though there were wall-mounted lights -- that didn't work when turning on their switches. No clock, kleenex or coffee in room. When asking the front desk about breakfast, he just laughed! Ugly bathroom with small half-round shower stall.

I liked that there is a pool. The motel was easy to get to from the interstate. Staff was friendly. The vending machines and ice maker were a plus.

I was disappointed that there was not a microwave, fridge, or a coffee maker in the room. I also booked a room for four people and there was only three towels in the room. Also the air conditioning was broken and it was quite warm when we arrived.

I got huge bedbug bites within 2 hours of checking in. After I reported it to the manager, Carlos, he said he would give me $200 off my bill and add a free day. But when I checked out this morning he didn't take the $200 off and he added the free day and then supposedly deducted it which is a complete scam and rip off.

Bedbugs, abusive manager, no laundry facilities, FILTH EVERYWHERE, plug inside didn't work, no fresh towels, an absolute NIGHTMARE!!!

Dirty dirty dirty! So dirty. I've stayed at hostels so much more cleaner than this. The room smelt like carcass, smoke tar in the vents, the toilet also clogged and flooded my room. The mattresses were super old and indented in shape.

Location was good. Check in easy.

There was no hot water. Staff could not help. Asked for 20% refund. Staff said manager would handle when he came in. I had to email. I was given $5 off of $90.
