The room size makes traveling with children a much happier experience.

The shower faucet needed repaired, it was a little tricky to operate.

The staff was friendly and attentive. They were always on time with the breakfast, which was way beyond the lame "continental" from other hotels. Rooms were spacious and had everything I needed for my stay.

Door lock doesn’t work. Water spews out of faucet in tub while showering. Refrigerator rattles.

The breakfast was good, and the location was convenient.

We arrived at check-in in the evening (around 9:00pm), and they told us at the time that the air conditioning was broken in our hotel room; the best they could offer was either a refund or a box fan. Seeing as all hotels in town were completely sold out, we had no other option but to accept the box fan for the hot room. If they had called us earlier in the day to give us a heads up, we maybe could've worked out something as an alternate - but apparently we weren't important enough to call and warn! Oh, also, the electronic card key reader was broken, so they gave us a traditional metallic key to open the lock. That isn't something I really care about, but it just speaks to the overall condition of the room.

The pool had green water and it was not circulating. we were disappointed not to be able to swim.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The breakfast was great with a variety of food. They made sure and got the 3 rooms we wanted right next to each other. The rooms were clean and provided everything we needed to cook and clean up after, including a dishwasher. This is the hotel we'll stay at everytime we go to Stillwater.

We spent about an hour and a half in the pool and I left blood prints from the bottom of the pool scrapping several layers of skin off the bottom of my toes and feet. Y'all might want to get it resurfaced because I've still got band-aids on every toe.

Love the pack and play provided. The layout/floor plan is the best for a family. Indoor pool and gym are great?

Wish they could add a jacuzzi or hot tub to the pool.

Love the spacious bedrooms.

The breakfast was horrible. They ran out of food. Oatmeal was watering. No bagels. Eggs are powdered jail looking eggs.

more professional employees. Employees were dressed in sweats and t-shirts. Not in uniform at all. The whole staff needs to be off payroll except for Hazel. This location sets a bad examples for the Mariott chain. If your worried about security there are no security cameras around the building and inside lobby. Not sure if it was “bring your kid to work day” but the whole staff had their kids and babies running in and out of the kitchen and employee break room From what I remember Mariott holds a high standard. I wouldn’t be surprise if six months from now this is shut completely down.
