Beds were clean, room was cool

Halls were dirty, everywhere but the room was hot. Pool was unavailable, coffee wasn't hot and the lady didn't want to hear it, even while apologizing. Also, had a bad smell in the room, like vomit. This place needs updates in my opinion. Other occupants were booked close on one side and when it's mostly empty, it would be nice not to hear close neighbors.

Elevator broken, room was hot and muggy, no ice on 2nd floor, stairway smelled nasty, handrail was broken, didn’t even stay the second night. Just went home.

Our rooms weren’t ready until after 7pm, and we had already been to the hotel twice checking on our room availability without being able to check in. The shower curtain rod in one room didn’t allow for the shower curtain to fully extend. One of the oranges out in the breakfast area the next morning was moldy. The coffee machine was out of order, but there was a pot. It made us leave and go somewhere else for breakfast because it was very off putting. I did ask about a discount, but was told that the person at the desk couldn’t do that.
