I’ve never experienced worse staff. The breakfast options were also bad.

The property was clean and accessible. The high- light of our stay was the courtesy and friendliness of all the staff members, in particular Zoila at the breakfast cafe. She was so incredibly kind and hardworking, ensuring that every guest was attended to despite seemingly being the the only employee working. The food was great and the service, even better.

The pool was closed for several hours on Friday for maintenance. It was a simple inconvenience and we were allowed to use the pool at the Hampton in. Overall, it was not a problem.

There was black mold on the AC unit vents.

Beautiful and inviting lobby area, large rooms, overall comfortable.

Bathroom shower was rusted around drain and more noticeable wear in bathroom. Front desk didn’t point us in the direction of the elevator or explain how to get to our room.
