I liked the cleanliness and the location. Everything was very affordable for group of people. Definitely recommend!

Easy check in the staff was great. The rooms are clean well stocked overall really good experience.

As much as the rooms cost, there should’ve been provided some sort of breakfast free.

Breakfast was ok. Staff was helpful, especially a guy who helped with my order. I was notgiven coupon for breakfast and that seemed to cause a stir. Breakfast was paid for but not exactly handy bc had to wait for it to be cooked. Would have been nice to have eggs ready for people On-the Go. like work.

The hotel advertises a restaurant at hotel but do not tell you that it doesn't open! just kidding about that lol. The HGI in Cedar Rapid, IA was excellent so I compare it to New Braunfels. I was disappointed.

The business center

The bathroom was awful. Mold all over the shower. Couldn't close the shower door which caused water on the floor. The basin drain was plugged up and filthy. The room had a musty smell and dirty carpet.

I like the location, customer service, rooms are comfy. The front desk beautiful and clean. The breakfast area Ramiro was wonderful. They gave us an excellent service.

One of the rooms has stains in the wall, the bathroom needs more cleaning, has stains. the toilet paper base was broken in one of the rooms. Requires more attention to the rooms.

The staff were very friendly at the reservation counter and bar area. They also were very attentive and informative.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable.
