The kitchen staff was exceptional. Any moment food was going to run out they were there to fill it up.

We chose this hotel because the pictures showed beautiful up to date rooms and the pool area showed a pool with hot tub. However, upon arrival we immediately noticed the hot tub had been covered with concrete, the halls looked like the hotel had been up updated but the rooms were very outdated. The lamps did not work so our room was poorly lit and the outlets were very questionable. We were afraid to use them and something happen. We called to the front desk the guy told us they "should" work.

The location was close to places I wanted to go to. The parking lot had lots of space. Breakfast attendants were so nice and helpful. So was the evening shift worker.

Weird smell throughout the lobby and hallways, & laundry room was messy.

I canceled my stay there because the room was dirty.

The room was not clean and one of the workers looked very Sketchy.

There were large spider webs in our room, the mattress to the pull out sofa was filthy, the shower handle felt like it was going to come off when turning on the water and there was a broken tile.

There was no sheets for the pull out sofa for my 2 year old. Could barely reach toilet paper from toilet. Light bulbs it in our room. And it was the WORST hotel breakfast I've ever seen. One of the reasons we picked this location was because I am 7 months pregnant and have gestational diabetes, and need to eat breakfast quickly upon waking up. When we went down to the lobby there was absolutely no selection(only two kinds of eggs and apples), and what was there seemed very old. We couldn't even peel the paper off the muffins for my son because they were so dry and hard.

I liked the room, it was comfortable.

The building itself had a strong oder and room was dusty old and dingy. Appliances were very outdated. Restroom was very unpleasant!

Very tasteful & more enjoyable than any other hotels I've used. Love biscuits & gravy... great job!

My room smelled musty. The bathroom had paint spots on the sink. They need to put more bleach on the towels 🥹

Carpet needs to be steamed because it smelled musty

The front desk manager was super nice as well as the breakfast staff. Also the GMs were super helpful with an issue we had with our pet and another staff member.

I didn't appreciate being called a liar by the clerk who checked me in to the morning desk manager.
