Very noisy from the front door. Can hear cars and people going in and out of the rooms.

Friendly staff, easy to park.

Room was a bit chilly.

Location was good. I walked to the mall to get dinner, and i walked to the wharf.

Did not enjoy the breakfast.

The room was a two bedroom, perfect for my family size, the best part was the breakfast! The lady there was so cheerful that made the entire hotel breakfast. It was homemade and you get the entire hot breakfast unlike any other hotel. The waffles were amazing ! The entire staff was super family oriented and down to earth and I had a long conversation with the manager at the end checking out and she was the sweetest! Great vibes great hotel and comfy beds and pillows. Great view from top floor. I will definitely be back

Breakfast was first rate! My two grandsons couldn’t get enough of the waffle maker! The housekeeping staff really kept the room neat and tidy!

the behavior of the manager of the front desk, lack of facilities, staff were ignorant and not friendly, customer service awful. I will never stay at best western facilities based on the worst ever experience I had. I believe the problem originated from the management of the Best Western as they do not take responsibility for the bad experience of guests, I think they have a lot of customers now which has made them ignorant.

Nice breakfast. Easy check in and friendly staff.

Bathroom needed a lot of work. Bathtub drain was broken, sink had a leak that flooded without the assistance of a towel, no bathroom vent, so the steam turned into puddles at the window sill, floor and other surfaces. Took all night to dry.

Lots of variety and plenty of bacon!!!

The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and with excellent service. The breakfast was so good! I loved the coffee and the wide selection of foods. The breakfast was also kept well stocked, and was cleaned and refilled very often. The location was great, just a short drive to Fisherman's Wharf. This is my go-to hotel for all Monterey visits, and will be the first place I recommend when asked where to stay!

The room was clean and the staff was super friendly. The breakfast was good.

The room is dated, and the door lock was broken. That made us feel unsafe, and we slept with the luggage against the door...

the vending machine could himself an upgrade to accept other methods of payment besides cash/change .
