Loved the hotel . Our beds were very comfortable & enjoyed the stay .

It was affordable & not hard to find

1.The shower had mold in it. 2. The guy checking me in last night put me in a room that I had to do a lot of walking too. ( normally not an issue, but I recently slipped & fell & hurt my leg/hip bad enough I need to use a walker to make sure I don't fall. But any walking is very uncomfortable) 3. They still have not refunded my deposit. 4. There were people being very loud in the hallway most of the night. 5. On my way out to the car after checking in....this guy KEPT going on about buying something to a theme park even after I said no. 6. There were places in the ceiling that needed attention in the room I was in.

The area was safe.

I did not like the fact that my room was nasty. Gum was smeared on the side of the bed, the floor wasn’t cleaned well at all. Upon entering the bathroom the shower had hair left all in it and just made my stay unpleasant. I reported these things to front desk, but nothing was done about it.

elevator was not working well they was remodeling the walking area dust everywhere it was a safety hazard to have someone have to walk on the floors with crack tile and renovation going on

. I loved how big and spacious the rooms were. The rooms were very clean and the beds slept very well

The only problem I had was with their elevator. We stayed on the 4th floor but the elevator only went to the 3rd, so we had to use the steps.

elevator broke upon exit from stay but I will say even though it was new year day the hotel manager was right on it and the repair company was there to fix it

Robert front desk sceamed at us, told us to leave and he was calling cops because he thought I had an attitude. I was tired and in no way being rude. He asked me for my credit card or cash for a deposit. I told him I have never paid a deposit, I thought he was trying to charge me extra not understanding because he said OR cash. He was cruel and very angry for no reason. I will never stay here again. He canceled my booking against my will and refuses to pay me back!!

Nothing, my husband and I were treated like animals! I'm disappointed how people are allowed to get away with this type of behavior. Something needs to be done. I'm contacting the better business bureau. The last time we stayed there was huge bed bugs as well.

The cleanliness of the room along with the nice choice of breakfast in the morning

Lisa and Robert at the front desk were excellent. They really made my stay easy and stress free

I enjoyed everything thing thanks to the front desk staff
