After i finished Dinner. I walked Past hotel lobby n a lady with a non registered service dog jumped up n bit my hand. This was after 9pm n manager was not available. Staff told me they would inform manager to comp my room but could not figure out how to refund my room fee. Next morning i spoke To manger available he was not at sympathetic or informed of the refund. I still Have the card on my card as of right now. I was Highly upset the dog was no a service dog n the hotel would allow non registered dogs in the hotel.

I enjoyed the breakfast the waitress that worked in the dining area her name is Karen she was very nice very polite very helpful I really enjoyed her.

our toilet paper roll holder fell out of the wall. The sliding patio doors and windows need replacement. Obvious drafts/air flow from them.
