It was a very comfortable motel in a great location. The staff were all very helpful and informative. And it offered good value for money.

Nothing really. This is a bit awkward, but the only thing I ‘d suggest is including a toilet brush in the bathroom.

Perfect location to easily walk to shop and explore Plaza.

Breakfast was unacceptable. No healthy food except for fruit. At $200/night (incl taxes) the hotel should have provided better.

We loved it when it was Garretts. You did a good job updating. Comfortable and the office staff and front desk people are really nice. Location is great.

Make sure to provide a slip resistant mat in shower so others don't slip and fall like I did. Shower door won't stay closed. You have to put something in rail to keep it closed. Could use blind on bathroom window. Housekeeping should not be so insistent in coming in to clean at 10:30 a.m. when check-out is 11:00 a.m. Santa Fe itself lacks reasonable taxi or ride share services. Told by evening desk that services are slow and very costly. Luckily we had family to come pick us up.

Great walking to the shops and eating locations. The hotel sits about 2 blocks off of the square. It was nice to be able to walk purchases back to the room and not have to lug them around everywhere.

The bathrooms gets super steamy while showering and the paint bubbles up on the ceiling. I ended up cracking the small window in the bathroom to let out some of the steam. A ceiling vent would help tremendously. Also the drawers in the vanity have holes drilled in them for hardware but there was no hardware.

Room and pool were fine, but the breakfast was the worst I've had at a motel, and that's a low bar. Coffee was undrinkable, apple inedible and there was little else.

The room and bathroom were large, beds were comfortable, coffee in room was good, appreciated the fridge and daily water bottles. Breakfast was okay, but enough for us. Location was excellent and front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
