beds comfy and nice staff

The rooms were very dirty and my toilet was still dirty. It was clear that the floor in the bathroom had not been washed. The outlets on the bedside table did not work and there was no bedside lamp?

Thin walls/floors. Could hear upstairs walking around all night long . Thin pillows and blankets.

Unfortunately, we came so I could spend the next night in the hospital. The staff was very helpful to my husband, who was a little upset and having a very hard time finding his way around the city. There was a 6 inch snowfall the day of my surgery, and 4 more that night.

The room was under a stairway where snow was stacked up making going in and out quite messy.

The room was good for sleeping, breakfast provided and the locaton to the the plaza with a shuttle provided which was a nice accomendation. Also entertainment provided with daily events even for the kids.

There was no microwave in the room which as a customer would recommend, the breakfast was limited for how many guest there were at the hotel not sure why the waffle maker was not available. The showerhead was not working so well and when called for help with the coffee maker maintenance never showed.

Lovely staff. Simple, very clean motel. Nothing fancy, but very reasonably priced and good location.

It met all of our expectations and needs.

The hotel is run down nothing was very clean, neighborhood wasn't the best, house keeping didn't speak any English so nothing wad done that we asked for, no microwave in room and breakfast was mediocre. Was not worth 200 dollars a night.

Worked well for 1 night. Enjoyed being able to pick bottom or top floor. Loved parking right up to our rm. A/c vent blows directly on you and you can't adjust it.

I wish there wasn't a gape in the door especially since it leads to the outside. Very small pool. Too crowded for us to use. Restaurant convenient but not really (my) kid friendly so we ate elsewhere. Could use some renovations.

The location was great. Close to many things. You could walk to lots but also close driving distance for lots.

Rooms were not the most updated/clean. I had to wipe some stuff down before I showered just to make sure it wasn’t mild or anything like that. They changed my reservation without any notice. When we called them to ask about it, we were told they upgraded us for no extra charge. I don’t see my spouse often, so when I do, I’d love to share a bed with him. Beds were not very comfortable at all.

Breakfast was great. Mattress was comfortable.

I believe his name is Jason, he is working in breakfast area. He engaged people when we were there, he is very kind and caring.

Some of cleaning staff were accommodating, breakfast was great and restaurant had a good selection.

I believe the beds were very uncomfortable. Waking to aches every morning and Rooms were small for our extended stay .

I liked the grounds, although there was a bit of litter. Breakfast was great and dinner was good. The bar was nice.

The room could have been a little more spacious.

Good breakfast options (biscuits, sausage, eggs, toast, waffles, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice). Decent beds. Nice decor accents.

Very thin towels, tired repair details, neutral & busy staff, more detached customer service, bed not great. a bit far from center of town. Shuttle only every hour.

Breakfast was amazing and the cafe was very cool with live music and events. Nice property in a convenient area.

The room smelled a little of old smoke, though it was a non-smoking room.

The breakfast was great! Fresh hot eggs, gravy and biscuits. The dining room and bar area are great places for hanging out.

The room was a little tight and the bathroom needed updating.

Great location, near restaurants and the Square. The main draw for this hotel is that it's dog friendly. Many/most people have pets. There is even a little dog park right behind the hotel. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. There is a very comfortable social room/bar for happy hour that serves food and drinks. The breakfast is in the same room, the fare is the same you would find in most budget hotels: powdered eggs, biscuits & gravy, commercial muffins and cereal, etc. Onsite parking at no charge. We always stay at this hotel for 1 night on our annual trek from Arizona to Colorado.

The heating/cooling unit is in the wall. Regardless of the temp you select, the fan goes on and off every few minutes all night, and it's loud and clanky. I couldn't sleep. But here's a tip: you can simply turn it off, which I did about 2am. I thought I would freeze bc it was very cold outside, but the room stayed quite comfortable through the night. There must be some other radiant heat source.

The room was clean and well stocked, but there was some items left behind by previous guest that hadnt been removed. No biggie but worth mentioning.
