It was a great location
The room had a smell they had a flood cost to carpet smell

Proximity to college.
Disability discrimination. I had to go to the second floor. Check out time was 11:00 instead of 12:00. Bugs in the room and stairwell areas. Odor in the room that triggered allergies. Management did not address my concerns or attempt to make good of it. I'm very much in pain from having to go up the stairs carrying the overnight bag. Early shift lady Leslie listened but it was obvious she was use to hearing some of my concerns.

The room was nice and clean. I could tell it had been remodeled. For my purposes, the hotel did its job.
The outside was pretty shabby with peeling paint, etc. The wifi kicked me off multiple times a day, so it wasn't easy to work on my laptop. The TV didn't work. The pool was closed. I heard them tell people the pool will be open "tomorrow" every day I was there. One guy was pretty upset because he said he called in advance and asked specifically if the pool was open. If you want to use the pool, try somewhere else.

Nice place to rest your head if you're traveling.
The pool is nothing like the pictures on their website. Very small shallow pool. We were only there for a night's rest from traveling so it wasn't that big of a deal. But it's nothing like their website pictures.

We requested a first floor room due to my wife's handicap. They put us on the second floor at the extreme far end of the facility. There was no coffee pot in the room as advertised and the TV did not work. We called the desk about the TV and coffee pot and all they said was they had been having problems.

Our reservation was for a family trip the room was supposed to have two full beds and a pull out sofa according to the internet reservation it came with what we needed . we get there and it was totally not what we had booked and they didn't offer what we needed when we got there.

The location.
The room was dirty. I went to get chemicals to clean it myself, since we had traveled for so long, with a no cancellation. The floors, and furniture, were stained and dirty. Dusty, and stuffy in the room. The refrigerator, and microwave, was old and nasty.

could have been cleaner. didn’t know it was under rehab . toilet stool needs to be replaced during rehab. did not look anything like a conference center. breakfast was a muffin, strange orange juice, coffee and tea.
