We missed breakfast. 😂 my kids wanted to swim. We didn't get out of the pool in time ha. Totally our bad. Not sure what else to write. It keeps making me type 🤦🏽‍♀️

This place is seems to always be under construction when we come to stay. Being in Construction the scaffolding would be a HUGE liability. Especially in the main lobby.

Location was easy to get to.

The smell of the linens and towels was very unpleasant. They are over dried and have a burnt smell to them. Not good to sleep in!

Breakfast was ok. Servers were not fast enough getting food out/restocking. I really loved the waffle maker and oatmeal

The sleeper sofa was disgusting. Food inside the bed when you pull it out and on the inside of the couch itself. Couch is supposed to be a light green, but it was a dark gray due to the dirt all over it. The couch bed smelled like feet in the springs were poking you in the back.

They were fully booked on the night I stayed and yet, still a quite peaceful stay.

Love this hotel but booked for the wrong night and couldn’t cancel. No availability on the night we needed. My fault.

Main bedroom television could not be controlled with remote. So could not watch television. Very frustrating

Great nights sleep. The bed was awesome. Need to find out what mattress they use.

The bums, homeless around were ridiculous. Doing drugs, trash everywhere. The breakfast area was a mess when we got to it.

We didn't have breakfast . The Hotel rooms and Lobby was nice. However our stay was not great. They wanted us to move to the other sister hotel at 10 pm. because their was a water leak. No way I was going to move my mom that late. We needed a ADA room for my mom . We ended up with a tub shower.

The service desk should've inform housekeeping to clean our empty room first since we were there. to their other Once we finally got our room, there was a water leak above the toilet. They wanted us to move

Some lady in the parkng lot wanted me to give her money. (morning). Got mad when I refused. Good thing she did't have a gun.

Wi-Fi connection was spotty, never could connect to internet to get email

The staff was nice and helpful, and the central location was great.

The facility was worn down and shabby. There were old stains on everything: the carpet, the couch, the chairs, the hallway carpet…

Room and place was really clean. Shower water pressure was awesome.

Maybe more breakfast selection. Requested two queen beds and felt like double beads

Great location.

Had to wait for my room. Arrived at 2:45pm but room wasn't ready. Guest service worker said that they would call me in thirty minutes when room was ready but I never received a call. So I called an hour later and the room was ready. Even if my room wasn't ready in 30 minutes the front desk staff should keep me posted by a call or text so that I may plan my stay accordingly.
