Good location and friendly staff. Had a good selection of breakfast items. Room was nice.

The thermostat didn’t work - And the water knob fell off the wall as it was running and I was in the tub !! Called maintenance- had to pack all my things and change rooms - no discount given for inconvenience. Then worst runny egg omelette the next morning.. couldn’t complain- the waitress was so kind but did say something at the desk .. nicely - about all my trouble - and they did take off the breakfast charge .

The location is great! The staff was very friendly and nice, especially the night staff!!

The room needed a major upkeep. The room lacked basics: remote did not work to cut on and off tv, there was no luggage rack in room, poor lighting and no trash can in the room. The door handle to enter the room did not work most of the time because it was loose and would jam. The hallway by mid afternoon had a pungent smell that overwhelmed anyone on the hall. Others on the hall complained also about the odor and the staff did address it. The two elevators made a worrisome rumbling sound when in use. There was no bottled water in room or hand sanitizer anywhere. Just a big disappointment for the basic extra touches I expect for my hilton honors status.

When I booked room told breakfast was included. Started to eat and waitress said it would cost 15 ea. we left because we did not see anything worth 30 dollars!!

Dirty, no housekeepers. Rooms are dirty SMH thrown together

It was in a good location surrounded by restaurants and shopping centers

No complaints

Location is great for us, restaursnt on site is very good.

Limited parking due to commercial area around property.
