Your customers should be aware that because the room is booked online and already paid they require you to pay a $50 deposit when you check in, they said it would be refunded the next morning, we have yet to receive the refund on our card. We will follow up but this should have been disclosed when booking.

the room seemed a bit small and dark. If you left the bathroom light on you had to put up with the noisy fan.

The main lady did not got her name but she she was nice and respectful and kind I will definitely come again if she there she ones the hurt from the leg

The location to the beach was great. Kathy the front desk lady was wonderful.

There were roaches. The floor was dirty. Not swept well.

The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful

It was filthy and the air conditioning unit wasn't working. They physically replaced it twice with the second one blowing up and billowing black smoke into the room. They finally moved us to a new room. Only a $30 discount on an overinflated price tag. Terrible

The room didn’t smell so great, housekeeping left strands of their hair on the floor, a couple of dead roaches on floor and tub

we never got up early enough for breakfast. room and its location were very good. location was excellent. desk help was surpurb.

i'm not a picky person so there are no dislikes. no shelf in the shower to place the soap and shampoo on.

I loved the location.walked to the beach. Walked to restaurants and grocery stores.

They didn't have continental breakfast. Just coffee juice and muffin.
