Booking. Com help the hotel scam me I was put in the smoking room where holes were in carpet I sheets dirty and lights didn’t work I felt as I was being watched though the mirror that hung on the wall and listening devices no sleep was able to be had and then my car was impounded and I wasn’t even notified by staff when I clearly listed my plate number at check in

The staff was great!

Rooms had a stale smell, housekeeping did not check to see if you needed cleaning or anything else! Specifically wanted a room with breakfast... there was NO breakfast, just Twinkies, rice crispy treats and some other NOT breakfast item!!! The website should NOT SAY THERE'S BREAKFAST AND THERE'S NOT!!

I arrive at 2:30 pm. Check in was 3 pm, at 3:40 pm my room was still not available. I had some place to be by 5 pm. I needed to be checked and showered and gone by 4:15 pm. I had to get a refund. I was told that I needed to contact booking for my refund. I explained to them that information was not accurate, due to the fact booking did not take my money

It’s a bit shady and the pillow cover had blood stains on them it was so bad.

The staff were unprofessional, after a long flight, I had to wait 1 hour in lobby for check in. Excuse: your room is not ready yet. The tub was dirty, one towel was dirty.

For under $100, the room was okay. I was just staying for one night by myself, so just needed a bed for the night. The room had a fridge and microwave and the bed was comfortable. The room was decent sized and AC worked well. It could use some updates, but for the price it was fine.

The bathroom amenities were limited, but didn't expect much in this price range. The TV remote was dirty. It had some food or some other substance smeared on the back side. It wiped off pretty easily, but just shows the cleaning crew doesn't wipe off everything. The bath towels are horrible, but since I was only staying one day wasn't too big of an issue. I mean they "worked" as far as a towel goes, but they were really stiff and scratchy. (Funny note: there was a sign at the check-in desk offering towels for sale, because they are in such "high-demand".) The bathroom had a new "fancy" mirror with ambient lighting built into the mirror, but it wasn't very bright and it was the only light in the bathroom. Again, the room worked well for me for the one night. If I was staying longer or with my wife, I'd payed up for a better hotel.
