my room was clean and house keeping was great

Loved the hotel itself. It was clean. I've stayed at this best western before. Very nice front desk people. Love the carpet thru out the hotel. Beds slept fairly well. We will be back. Love that they actually have breakfast, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits. The coffee was very good.

Would have loved for there to be a couch in the room to sit and watch tv on instead of the bed.

Everything was very nice. The staff was accommodating. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice.

Small pillows, but better than flat pillows. Requested a first floor, none available. Then heard them ask next guest if they wanted 1st or 2nd floor room.

No parking for vehicle's with trailers. My truck and trailer was towed from in front of the hotel. Cost me $785.00 to get them back. I'll tell anyone that I know who will be traveling not to stay at any place in McKenny, TX.

Cold refrigerator

The room was terrible. Like it was an extra room they don't usually use. Bathroom was not cleaned, tub was filthy, flimsy faucet so no hot water, Bathroom door wouldn't shut, dirty sock on the floor, broken closet door, scuffs all over walls and furniture

It's decent at best, renovated. Decent location, good wifi.

No breakfast, water, ice, sanitizers. Thinly staffed. Not too clean. I was misled by prior reviews at booking.com rating of 8, not even close.

Front desk staff was very rude and disrespectful.

Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was ok.

No Hot water in bath tub, yet scalding hot water in sink. Pillows were just awful and desk said that's all there is. I wish I'd have gone to Target and bought some.

We did not eat breakfast there. people were horrible

I booked a room for my son and i , and a small pup. I emailed the hotel and asked could i bring the dog and was emailed back with a yes i could, and there would be NO charge. At check in i asked why a sign saying No pets allowed was on the desk ! He said we do not allowed pets, i said " Well here is the email from you saying yes i can!! He said since we were here just go to our room and try not to let any people see my pup, very weird!! The next day we were accosted by 3 men as we were getting into the elevator who held the door so we could not close it and told us we had to get out of the hotel because of my pup, I told the manager we have an email saying we could, he said prove it !! It was scary and they were very rude. I went to our room to put some items in the room and found out they had locked us out of the room, so we had to go back downstairs show them the email, so, we could get back into our room. The manager said well, i will let you stay but you have to pay $20 extra a day for my pup. Which was fine with me It was not about money. There were always homeless people day and night where you park to get in the back door, it was very discerning at night as they were drinking and hanging out all times of the day. Rude, disrespectful and awful people run this hotel. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Didn't eat breakfast, slept late

Nothing, everything was great...have stayed at this hotel before...that's why we chose this hotel...great service ...great customer service .
