Old room bathroom needs to be redone

The location was great - tucked away but easy I’ll accessible to the park and local restaurants - the ducks on the property were cute - and selling duck feed for my girls to feed them was a great idea and a lot of fun

There were silverfish in my room

Carpets were dirty or dirty looking. Lobby had a smell and not sure from what. Walls in the room were marked up and had stains

I like the price for being down the street from Hershey Park

I didn't like that they didn't clean our room every day and I had to call the front desk to clean my bathroom,get toilet tissue and garbage bags.

Many things are in need of repair and the whole floor smelled like garlic the whole time.

The proximity to the park

The tub had hairs in it and the shower head was so loose it almost fell off. I had to fix it myself. Zero housekeeping. Cleaned the tub out myself with Tilex I had to go buy at Weis. You want towels? Go get them yourself. Nobody will bring them to you. You have to change the garbage yourself too. The hallways have some sort of curry smell to them for some reason. I’ve stayed there for years. Not anymore. What am I getting for the money?

Room had a stale smell. Had to purchase plug ins for the wall. Toilet seat was discolored, bumpy and destroyed. Couldn’t sit on the toilet seat without laying tissue down. Fridge was dirty at arrival. Had to call front desk to clean it. Beds were hard and not comfortable. Extra blankets were full of someone else’s hair! Yuck. Asked for another blanket and it was the same!! Room did not look like photos. Also very little drawer space. Only 2 tiny drawers. They were dirty inside. Hotel is dated and needs updating. Rooms need updating. Housekeeping should clean better. Dusting would be good. Found sunflower seed on the floor when we arrived and no one in my party had sunflower seeds! Smh. Carpet in hallway was dirty. Hallway had an odor/stale smell. Elevators are old and worn out inside. Tv was nice size and worked well. Air conditioner was fine. Time to upgrade this entire facility. Breakfast buffet was just ok. Boring. Foods weren’t very good. Could switch up and offer more variety. Turkey sausage should be an option. Everyone doesn’t eat pork. Breads and muffins were stale! I would never stay here again nor would I recommend anyone else to stay here either. Almost $600 for nothing. Don’t do it! My advice is: Pay more money and stay elsewhere.

I am disabled. My wife and I had a disable room as requested. It was large and clean. But…. the bed was SO LOW that I had to FALL into bed and absolutely could not get out. My wife put a chest belt on me and had to pull me out. The toilet was equally as low and had a very hard time falling on to it and my wife to pull me up. Will never stay here again. For me who can not fall, this was a dangerous room.

Very quiet and accommodating. Pleasant staff always with a smile and friendly.

In a very good location to everything we wanted to do. Breakfast was good and motel was quite.

The bathrooms could have used updating. The shower was not as nice as some other places I've stayed. I would have liked housekeeping to have come daily. We had everything we needed though. Front desk people were friendly, as were any other employees we ran across.

I liked everything, the comfy beds and cleanliness are the best!
