I've stayed in the past and it was a very good experience. I went on Bookings.com & looked for pet friendly hotels and this hotel came up so I booked 2 rooms. It's not pet friendly and since I used bookings.com they could not refund me but they were willing. Bookings would not refund $750 not happy w/bookings.com

Even with theshade down in the room a VERY BRIGHT LIGHT in the Parking lot lit up my room...they should really try to angel the light differently... A very olf fahion Wrap around Wood fram bed that you end up hitting uour leg or feet on....not pleasant

I like the location of the property for the event we were attending.

I didn't like that there we were told that there was no maintenance staff and was offered a plunger to do the job that maintenance gets paid to do. and was told I needed to unstop our toilet in our room my self. I had to go to the front desk, retrieve a plunger and return to the room all while the toilet was over flowing. I also did not like the fact that due to an error that the hotel made. I spent my entire trip unable to spend any money because I was charged 3 times for two nights for two rooms when i was actually only in one room for 2 nights. As a result I was charged $90.00 insufficient fund fees from my banking institution and my account remained in a negative status up until 3 day after checkout. Which was/very inconvenient

The location to HPU is great. The hotel smells very clean and the beds are comfy. I love that the ac actually get the room cold. The size of the tv is wonderful.

I chose this hotel from a stay last year that was epic. Sadly this year was not the same. I first was given a room that was occupied. So I opened the door and the bed was unmade and the bathroom had dirty towels on the floor and the light was on. I’m unsure if someone was actually in the room as I closed the door immediately. Once we received a new room we were able to get comfy. The next day I realized the refrigerator didn’t work which was unfortunate because I brought ice packs along due to a recent surgery. The shower was also leaking which made the bathroom a huge puddle. I wish there was vending machines in the vending areas instead of just ice. I’m fact I don’t recall seeing a vending machine anywhere.
