The property was clean, quiet, safe, well lighted. Enjoyed the hot tub jacuzzi all to myself! Staff members were very kind and helpful. We had our two small dogs which were crated when we had to leave for short periods of time. The area is definitely dog friendly with plenty of room and grass areas for them to run on their leases or on a good walk around the hotel developments (3 hotels close together) . The continental breakfast was skimpy with waffles, yogurt, a fresh fruit, cold cereals, and a small juice selection. Coffee and tea available 24/7.

Looked like mold on bathroom floor near tub; room was musty smelling; walls & ceiling not insulated could hear others walking and showering. Breakfast was only carbs and the same daily, Fruit was getting quite ripe only offered pears and apples. For the price more was expected.

Room was very comfortable. Great location. Good value.

It wasn't far from the shopping and outlet mall. The beds were comfortable. It had all the essentials and coffee and tea served all day.

The first room smelled like mildew and urine. The clerk was happy to change it. It might have been because it was closed up with no air circulating.

Location is nice and breakfast in the morning was a godsend. Felt refreshed and ready for my day.

Room was clearly formally a double reduced to a single so there was a lot of empty space, but was still well furnished.

One of our check in clerks was very nice, the one that checked us in and was on duty Sunday afternoon was not nice at all, she should not be working at the front desk

Room was not cleaned very well, one day our beds were never made, not enough towels, had to always ask for more. Cleaning people were very nice, however I think they were over worked and under staffed. out towel holder by the sink kept falling off and our remote did not work properly, no mute, and could not manually use the up and down channel buttons.

Breakfast was perfect. Tiffany is a professional employee. Kind, pleasant, full of information, explained everything that was offered and everytime we passed her she was smiling and asking if everything was fine.

Stop having front staff doing other duties. They are away from the desk more than there. There was a line of people waiting. It's getting to become rude. Hire laundry staff.
