1st room lock kept getting stuck and staff was not helpful at all pretty much told me Oh well gonna have to deal with it. 2nd day I went down to front office and demanded another room after getting locked out for third time in the cold. 2nd room was decent however had a sink full of dirt as if housekeeping swept and dumped dirt into sink it was disgusting. front desk went up and cleaned it for me after I tried and couldn’t as it was caked on the sink…I called and left management a message few days letter and never heard back from them. awful for $179 a night

great location to downtown - could easily walk there. the rooms were clean but not in great shape.

it just didn’t feel very well maintained. the breakfast was pretty minimal/basic.

Probably the best location for an overnight stay to be close to the university. Simple drive, only a few minutes away. There is a burger king nearby across the street and some other restaurants very close as well.

This really is an old building and is quite run down. There are some cosmetic updates, but very little soundproofing (we could hear the 'ding' of the elevator in our room). The window air-conditioning unit was installed at the ceiling, so is very loud and blasts down on the beds. Even though breakfast was included, it is just a bagel/muffin or toast and we skipped it 2 of 3 days. No eggs, sausage, or warm foods (although they did have frozen style pre-packaged breakfast sandwiches you could warm in the microwave), just nothing fresh.

the staff hounded us at checkout. said if we weren’t out in 4 minutes they would charge us another night. we were there for a baseball tournament. already was paying an exorbitant price for the hotel because prices were jacked way up. we will never stay there again after how we were treated.
