Good parking. Nice pool area
Orange juice at breakfast was empty, just light orange colored water came out. Ice machine was turned off on our floor. Lobby restroom was out of paper towels.

Our view was a hall way which you could see an event room.
There was an event going on right outside our window.
The bathroom ceiling had leaked at one time, and the patch work wasn’t done properly.
Our tub had caulk or something like that dried in it and turned black.

Comfortable bed.
When we checked in, there wasn't anyone there. The sign said be back momentarily. We think the Guy was also running people in the van..? Dirty shower. Disgusting bottle of trial size lotion and almost gone bottle of shampoo and no conditioner!! Discovered that anyone could come in the building because the security system wasn't working. Didn't need a room number card at any of the entrances. This made me mad since anyone wants to stay in a secure hotel. We weren't informed of this!!
This stay was not worth the $ at all!!

No AC in any common areas. Sink stained. Bathroom air vent filthy. Messy sticky gobs of caulk all over the window. Blanket needs laundering Staff unable to stop party across the hall even though it was 2:00 in the morning
The hotel is much more like a motel and needs a huge refurbishment. Exposed wiring in elevator.

The staff did their jobs but not very friendly or overly helpful. The location and ability to pay to leave my car while I was on a trip was nice. And the middle of the night airport shuttle was good.
The bed on the first night was terrible, the second was ok. The breakfast didn’t have eggs, did have hard biscuits and dry gravy. Coffee was good. Pool room very hot could not breathe, didn’t use it much. Hot in all the hallways. Looking run down a little.

I like the fact that i could put my head down.
The rooms were dirty, dust everywhere, stains all over the carpet, and it smelled like mildew and dried beer. When we arrived the entrance was littered with cigarettes and trash. The Free breakfast was stale biscuits and watery gravy. There was a half eaten piece of cake left in the fridge with a half gallon of white milk, which is unsanitary and against health codes. There was no dates on when the milk was opened which is also against health code. The health and safety inspections were outdated and when I mentioned it to the people working the desk they just shrugged.

The place was rated to high than it actually should be. The hotel is old, looks like the room had leaks and was patched up poorly, hole in the ceiling above the shower, the beds sunk into the middle of the bed. Not very much was nice about the place I will never stay there again! I actually had to check out the very next morning after we were supposed to stay 4 nights.

The staff was really nice and refunded me pretty quickly for the issue at hand!
There were bed bugs in our room. I also got charge $160 when I got like three emails saying it was $110 including fees. No matter- we were refunded.

the room overlooks the indoor pool which was noisy with kids till about 10.30 pm, as I was getting up early for a flight never got a good sleep also no restaurant or bar and the hotel needs a good facelift

room not clean, sink did not drain, stained towels, drugs left in drawer, I HAVE SMALL CHILDREN THANK GOD I FOUND IT FIRST. tried to charge us twice for pet fee. pool was freezing cold and smelled disgusting. breakfast was absolutely disgusting as well. will never book with Ramada again.

there were a ton of weird people around. the hotel was dirty. there were kids running up and down the halls screaming most of the night.😒

Located within walking distance of the airport but has free 'on request' shuttle. Walking distance to quite a few shops and restaurants. Has pool, small 'snack' shop and restaurant on site. Great wifi. Big comfortable room with fridge, microwave, aircon/heating.
Public transport to the hotel is very poor so use Lyft at around 10 minutes and $12 to $20 one way to downtown (or back).
Bus Route 7 drops you off / picks you up on Army Post Road - The Bus Stop is a straight walk along Army Post Road of about a mile from the hotel - turn right when exiting the bus or ask the driver the direction of the airport and walk towards it. Currently the bus is $1. It runs about a half hourly service. Weekdays from 5:35am to 10:36pm Downtown Transit Central to SW 9th & Army Post Stop (Southbound) or 5:00 to 11:17 from SW 9th & Army Post Stop to Downtown Transit Central
There is a greatly reduced service on Weekends and School Holidays - best check online timetable for -
'Des Monies DART Route 7' - Weekdays or Saturdays or Sundays - It's Southbound to Army Post Road Stop. Northbound to Downtown DART Central Transit Station.
No complaints. Pool facilities could be better advertised/explained.
