property has the best location amd is a great place to stay!
the staff was uneducated, they didn't give me the usual discount and it took a week of constantly calling to get a hold of a manager despite leaving dozens of messages. Then after getting in touch with the manager it took another week to get the discount applied. Then I called Marriott to complain and haven't heard a word from them.

the ac was broken. The staff basically ran away when there were complaints. i was not offered anything for compensation or a different room

I liked the shower and the Paul Mitchell shampoo.
Room was dusty, lights were flickering, wasn't told parking in the garage was $15 a night, no breakfast left at 8 am, not an enjoyable stay. Won't be staying there again.

Could here neighbors above loudly. Vending prices were ridiculously high.

The residence inn staff was very friendly and helpful. I think they did everything they could to fix the issue. The booking.com service person was pleasant and helpful
When I arrived, residence inn could not find my reservation. The staff searched using the confirmation number and my name and did not find it. I called booking.com for help. After waiting on hold for 40 minutes, the customer service person was able to call the residence inn staff and find the reservation.

When I checked in, they said I canceled my reservation. I did not. So I got charged $100.00 more per night.

The king studio was spacious and offered many amenities. The TV was new and had enhanced features for viewing streaming subscriptions, and YouTube. This downtown location is one of the best; steps from many attractions, easy access by car from MLK.
This property has been open for several years, and some wear and tear is becoming apparent. Detailed cleaning of corners, air vents, and bathroom mildew is needed. The repair or replacement of worn fixtures is overdue.

Underwhelmed by cleanliness and facilities. Pool and hot tub weren’t functioning (for a very long time per staff). Would not have stayed at the hotel had the website made this information apparent.

It was a nice property but the site BOOKING.COM charged me an extra 25$ and wouldnt price match, and i called to speak with a human on their 1-800 number an i swear to u waited over 1 hr and 16 minutes UNTIL MY PHONE DIED. And still never spoke to a person fr. Ill never book with them again EVER!

Everything was nice and clean, easy walks to everywhere we wanted to go and solutions for the pool.
Breakfast closed early, but it’s only temporary
