The beds was way to small

Location, near airport. The facility was clean and the staff were very helpful. We needed transportation sooner than the shuttle offered and they gave us 2 recommendations. We chose one and were very happy with are driver and the service he provided.
Wished they offered more shuttle times.

No on demand games no on demand movies no room service the hotel and booking web site said all of these were available I am very disappointed and will not stay there again

I loved that this hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and shopping stores. I also liked the cleanliness and friendly staff.

We loved how clean the hotel was. The open bar was amazing. Staff was amazing and helpful.

Elevators didn’t work. Ghetto staff. Loud guests partying in rooms.

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean.
The breakfast was a little expensive for what was offered. For the price I would have thought that the room would be bigger. The bathroom was small. I have had better rooms for less money staying at other hotels. I think they use the Hilton name to justify the price.

Everything Your Check in Clerks were Exceptional!!!! Especially the clerk that checked Me In, SHE WAS AMAZING!!!
Customer Service is Key and Your Bar Tenders that work the bar( one had braids and the other one had on a wet and wavy wig) are not it!!! Their Customer Service to me was a 2 on a scale from 1-10.

Beds were too hard and cleaning staff left carts outside our door.

My mom needed a place to stay because of the power outage in Memphis. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. They even made her coffee as she couldn't work the machine.

It was in a good location. Close to a lot of the shopping malls, restaurants and the Landers Center for the Venue we where visiting.
There was a large black hair in the med when we unmade the bed. I’m a ginger and my wife’s blonde. It was 2 am when we got back from our venue and noticed it so we just hoped it was from the cleaning personnel.
3rd floor also had a foul odor. I believe it may of been from the dog that was barking in a close by room.
Pillows also are not the best, left me with a sore neck. Also it would be nice if the TVs allowed you to sign into your streaming services.

Location & dinner was exceptional. The cook came out & greeted us & was personable.

didn't partake in breakfast but the check out person was extremely personable and comforting. I appreciated his verbal engagement as I checked out. He made me want to use this as my destination my next trip up.
