The location was great.

Both rooms we had were dirty, as if they were not cleaned prior to our arrival. Furniture, sheets, and towels were stained. Mold in the bathroom ceilings & showers. Had issues with the toilet. Room service took all our towels and did not replace them with new ones. They did not take trash out.

I thought my stay (May19th-21st) would’ve been pleasant but it wasn’t. The room wasn’t cleaned upon my arrival Customer was beyond poor. I tried to speak with a manager but was constantly told there wasn’t a manager that I could speak with

The lack of attention to details when it came to cleaning the rooms. The breakfast provided offered no other beverage than coffee. I did have to switch my room due to slow draining in the sink but the transition was smooth.

It was setting in a really good location. The breakfast was good and the staff was kind to us.

We didn’t like our room and we stayed there for two days without heat in our room. The water in the face bowl was slowly going out. The lamp was missing a prong and the carpet was filthy. The bathtub wasn’t clean. We end up getting sick from the cold room. We all have real bad colds. We addressed these issues to the Registry clerk several times and they kept telling us that no engineer was on staff. She didn’t suggest putting us in another’s room. She said she had to wait on the general manager.

The price and the location were good. However, the old saying, you get what you pay for, soon came true.

We arrived at the hotel around 8:00 pm. We went to our room and started to get out three young kids, who were exhausted, ready for bed. We were getting settled when our son went to use the restroom , came right back out, and said, “ the toilet is gross!” I went in and took a look….. there are no words that would describe it, but I’ll try. The toilet was completely backed up, with dirty, poopy water in the bottom and toilet paper and poop all the way to the rim of the toilet. There was a dirty toilet plunger sitting next to the toilet, so I’m assuming the staff were aware of it, but they just decided to say screw it, I’m leaving it like it is. I went to the front desk to complain and try to either get another room or get someone to fix and clean the toilet. The woman at the front desk was very unconcerned and in a matter of fact reply told me that there were no other rooms and there was nobody to fix it because she wasn’t doing it. We were stuck, so I just closed the door to the restroom and we used the little sink by the refrigerator to bush teeth and wash up for bed. We were so disgusted by the whole thing that we got up super early and left to go somewhere to eat breakfast and use the restroom.

The floor in our room had big red stains from the windows all the way to the couch so my son thought somebody had been murdered in there. Also, I left early in the morning before check out for work and they came in my room with my son in there because they thought that that room was empty. On my bill it said I stayed in room 324 however we stayed in room 311.

Did not have breakfast this time but having stayed there several nights in the past I have and it was enjoyable

Well I sort of understand why but the bed pillows are the quarter size pillows. I do not like them I prefer full size pillows. And of course this trip I did not think about bringing my own

I like the location. It wasn't too far from all the restaurants or shopping areas. The hotel was nice and quiet..Not a lot of noise when u are trying to sleep. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent.

Recommend to provide a few microwaves if u choose to eat downstairs. As soon as I made my waffle n put syrup on it,it was cold. I had to take it to the room to warmup. Sink had a slow drain in room.
