Nothing. They canceled on me at 10:30 at night when I was 25 minutes away

I love Ms. Dorothy, her care and always doing her best to accommodating our needs. (We are allergic to pork.)Also Mr. Robin was very friendly and kind. One of the front desk ladies was also nice. ( Didn’t get her name. She is a little taller. )
I like the location and the security of only those with a key being able to go up.
Some of the front desk workers are kind of rude and treat the guests as if they are disturbing them. I saw an interaction between one of them and a guest and it was not professional at all. Guest asked a question and it was hardly answered. The same lady asked another question and just got a rude “no” as an answer. It would be important to train them and remind them that those guests give them the job they have.

would of like to of had orange juice at breakfast, breakfast sandwiches were good once heated up in room microwave. A couple of bagel and muffin choices would be nice, but overall good

The couch in our room was less than clean. Other than that, it was an ok experience.

We were charged parking per day, that wasn't mention when we reserved the room, mattress hard, dirty bathroom, and loud guess. We will never stay at that hotel anywhere again!!!

The wall was paper thin no condiment

The exterior looked nice.
The bathroom door was almost impossible to open & people would get stuck in the bathroom. The desk chair had the arm broke off of it. The handle to turn on the shower came off in your hand. The sofa bed kept creaking & lifting off the floor & it would not fold back up. The breakfast did not even look good so we didn’t eat there.

Breakfast was decent but not like other home 2 properties.
Room was not clean. Broken let out sofa. Bugs under desk near kitchenette area. Bathroom sink cabinet full of dust and shower curtain was dirty with old soap film.
