Nothing was good i got there and the room i was given was dirty beds undone, towels on the floor like someone had just checked out, also the whole first floor smelled like weed. When my family and I were asleep people walked in and they had been given our room it was horrible i have been trying to get a refund but no one answers the phone

Staff were real friendly especially the manager wish him the very best

Coffee machine was broken, and I left some personal property in the room, wonder if I'll get it back.

Comfy beds, pet friendly. This entire place is run down but beds and shower were great. Pool closed.

Lots of trash inside and out.

when I arrived the toilet was dirty. the next morning the toilet was leaking but the manager would not let me move to a different room. I had to attend to my morning appointments without the benefit of being able to clean up. Later the toilet was somewhat repaired. It stopped leaking but was running.

When we arrived they didn’t have a room for us and we reserved 2 1/2 weeks in advance also it was prepaid ☹️

There was not one thing about this whole stay that was happy.

The room was not cleaned properly, the tv was not working and told front desk which they replaced with another tv about 1 later, the blow-dryer in the room did not work and we felt it may have taken an hour like the tv if we asked for a blow-dryer so we opted and went out to our car and got ours instead, the ice machine was not working and that was not a clean area, the free breakfast was not even stocked and decided not even to eat there, overhaul the whole experience with the hotel was very dissatisfying. I would not tell anyone to stay here. The pictures were very inaccurate/misleading.

it was extremely dirty! hallways haven’t been vacuumed in days, furniture in rooms were dirty. like they are understaffed or don’t have cleaning supplies.

I walked into an occupied room that was assigned to me. They were not happy campers . I Had to go all the way back downstairs only to wait an additional 15 minutes because front desk was on the phone with Police due to someone breaking into rooms and being belligerent with staff. How comfortably safe that made me right lol. Speaking of staff only a front desk associate and housekeeper showed up. They were actually turning customers away to different locations. When I finally got into my room. None of the light bulbs in our room worked. We had to borrow some from the vacant rooms left open next to us. No coffee condiments, No toilet paper, only one towel and wash cloth. No ice bucket which didn't matter because Every ice machine at this location was out of order. Absolutely ridiculous! I will never stay here again. This location has been run into the ground. A change in management is due.
