Shower did not get hot

It was very clean, staff was friendly and it had a restaurant.

It was very disappointing to not see a refrigerator or microwave in the room.

Pillows where soft, very nice place to stay.

No refrigerator in the room.

We were located on the 3rd floor and the room next door was having party until 3pm into the morning. They were very loud and there were people in the hallway yelling and banging on the wall.

The facility was nice and clean and I loved the warm cookie you received when you arrived. The bed was soft and we had a decent view of the city. I would definitely stay at the Double Tree again..

There was really not much to complain about all was good for me and my sister.

The check in was quick and the person was very nice.

nothing seem to work properly, sink drainage, ice maker, air…. however we were there for one night so we just dealt with it and didn’t report or complain…

Close proximity to our sports venue.

Room did not get cleaned every day. Towels were not changed. Toilet got clogged - had to ask twice to get a person to come and help. When asking the first time, lady on the front desk was rude and annoyed. Dripping shower head. Had booked 2 queen bed but got king + pullout couch.
