Staff were friendly and responded right away to our needs. Overall cleanliness was okay we like the location as we have stayed here before but won't stay again.

Breakfast was terriible. Couldn't even make toast. Very few items such as cereal and muffins and that was it. Rooms need lots of repairs. Black mold in areas around bath tub, moulding peeling off from tub, toilet ran. Toilet paper was the lowest standard possible, No conditioner, only shampoo. Very low quality soap, etc. For the price, these items need to be upgraded. Don't plan on staying here again even though we stayed here previously.

The pool was nice

It was extremely dirty, noisy, and the staff was rude

I didn't like the room at all. It smelled like smoke, the door didn't close properly, the room was dirty.

Surprising confortable bed

Even if I appreciated the breakfast was included, there was not a lot choice... only cereal?

The room was not clean. My son found fake eye lashes in the window sill when we checked in. My husband found trash in the drawers and vape bottle lids on the floor. The heater cover fell off and hit me in the head while I slept, and my son had an allergic reaction to the pool chemicals that landed him in the ER. When I spoke to the manager about this she told me that they don't use chlorine they use bromine in their pool but that wasn't posted ànywhere and she didn't care about the fact that her pool put my son in the hospital. My family will never stay there again, and we will tell everyone not to as well. I am seriously considering hiring an attorney.
