I booked a room and 30 minutes later couldn't cancel it. We were q00 miles out of the way when we realized it and tried were told had to have 24 hour cancelation. The room wasn't even ready when we got there put in a different room but the floors were dirty and the beds horrible! The showers were the best thing out of it all.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel room itself was rather disappointing. There was a literal hole in the wall next to the bed and some old stains on the comforter. The wifi was also terrible and I often had to disconnect to load things.

Nothing to like. Made a reservation after the one I had at the Super 8 was canceled due to over booking. Arrived at the Baymont on to be told that my reservation would be canceled due to over booking also. Had to drive 80 miles to find a room. Was not happy about it.

when i stood at counter to bo room trhe reception was very confused by the computer system and constantly complaining about it not doing what it was supposed to do. after booking room and going to my meeting the room was rebooked to somene sles, the night cleaner found me another room which she had just finished cleaning. sign on door suggested lock the lock on the door but the lock was only half there. strong smell of animal in whole place and animals being taken out by residents to get exercise.after rebooking to a second room the second night key card was inoperative and had to hunt down cleaning staff to get card reworkrd to open door.day staff called and asked me which room i was in because confused by computer

The location was convenient and it was reasonablypriced.

If the room was clean, it was dingy. No way I was taking a shower. The outlet was not secured in the wall so it pulls out when trying to use it. I would have liked to use the heater but the unit looked like it would fall off the wall. Mattresses were old and could feel the springs. Strong smell of pinesol and the floors were sticky.

Handy and the staff were helpful with issues with the room.

Although breakfast was advertised there was none

The staff was excellent, they did everything they could to make our stay awesome and to fix any issues we had. Anything with in their control they could fix from the false advertisement they did fix.

The website says they offer things they do not. No breakfast, broken Laundry facilities, all together whoever in charge of advertising does a lot of false advertisements. Room was hot as could be with heat off and window open. Microwave was missing fridge didn't work in one from the other room tv didn't work had to get staff to fix it, half empty shampoo bottles and toilet paper just placed on the back of toilet. They didn't have enough towels when requested. Their house keeping department was poor and not up to any standards. (Managment was addressing that)

We did not know there was breakfast provided. I went to get my son at the sober living to come spend time with my granddaughter and I before we came home. We stopped and bought breakfast sandwiches.

The look when we walked in, we are natives from the the Riverton, WY area. But the guy was professional.

Beds extra hard, bad tv see above, no Kleenex box! Picked hotel for Breakfast but they stopped months ago. Was told this after we paid🤬

.They double rented my room so I had a man come into my room at 1 in the morning and they said that ut was my fault for not putting the lock on No it was there fault for giving him access to my room I did not get my wakeup call the first day. The breakfast bar was not set up. The room was very clean but not set up the way Windan standards would do. No hairdryer no shampoo No clock no guide for the tv

Easy to find and the staff was friendly.

Room was not as expected. Room had pet hair stuck under table and was decorated like a hospital room. Price said breakfast was included but upon check in, I was informed that the breakfast area wasn’t functional yet.

Beds were horrible looked like a hundred people had slept in them.

Reservations were missing. Rooms are cement cells
