Nice looking room, good location, quiet.

Rooms were not ready until 1 hour 45minutes after check in time because of staffing issues. After getting into room there were feces on the toilet still. The housekeeper came in and wiped it off with a small rag with bare hands. The side door to the hotel was broken so anyone could walk in.

Bed was comfortable and the towels were stain free/clean and absorbent

My room # 311 was just awful ..(it actually made me cry). It made me feel so uncomfortable I couldn't sit down or even relax in it. The whole room was really dusty(not a real big issue), worn out furniture(why have it even in a room?), hand prints on headboard( gross), urine on tolit (yuck), bed looked slepted in( not acceptable ) , worn out curtains, room needed vacuumed (there was trash on carpet), and clock wasn't working , ice bucket lid was in the closet (weird) . They did send someone up to clean.. it made little difference sadly, room still need vacuumed, hand prints still on headboard, room was still dusty(afterwards). They did end up switching me to a different room #119 handicap room. It was better....but I still ended up doordashing $30(+) in cleaning supplies and gave everything a whip down. I found t- shirt behind chair, fridge had something spilled in it, room was a little dusty, dead flies on window ceiling, chair/footstool had questionable stains on it, bug on floor in bathroom. Someone was smoking pot on first floor...could smell it in the hallway. The side entrance was convenient to come in and out of but really needed some salt tossed on the icy spots. Elevator(s) walls need a good whipe down( finger prints and just dirty looking). Bed was comfortable, towel were nice(though could have used a few more) Young lady that switched my room was pleasant. I was extremely disappointed overall. I will never do a non- refundable reservation again ... I felt like a hostage tied to this hotel. I only did it so I would be guaranteed my room and couldn't get bumped. I had stayed here in the past and never had issue. But I don't see me returning. Room/stay was not worth $100(+) a night, my time to clean, and extra out of pocket expenses.

bathtub was clogged leaving water to fill up to your ankles while showering, for the price you pay could be a little cleaner. tried to tell the lady at the front desk but she dismissed us quick and told us to have a good day. no fitted sheet just a top sheet. fridge was dirty, sink was a little dirty. comforter was very thin

Easy location, friendly staff.

Needed to vacuum around the edges of room as there was a lot of pet hair.

This motel is very nice and the manager is very helpful in addressing any issue that might come up.

There was really nothing that we didn't like at this motel.

Breakfast waffle was excellent.

Biscuits needed to be in a warmer. Gravy would have been nice. Kleenex tissues, a cloth bathmat, and a second bar of soap would have been nice. Tub floor is slanted toward the middle and makes standing a bit uncomfortable.

Good location. Breakfast was pretty good and we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub.

There was no fruit for breakfast! One day the coffee was not working properly, and the hot breakfast items were all gone and not refilled. The AC in our room was not working but we were able to switch to another room for the next night. We could hear the tv in the next room all night long.

The room was not cleaned very well. It was late, I had my 2 boys with me. I didn’t want to move our stuff. The a.c. wasn’t really pushing out much air, so I pulled the filters out. It looked like they hadn’t been changed in a while, by the pile of hair and lint that fell on the floor. The toilet wouldn’t flush. The shower curtain looked like the bottom foot of it , had some kind of mildew growing on it. There was hair on the floor, and hair scrunchies under the edge of the bed. I’ve stayed here before with zero issues. I won’t be back after this trip.
