The location
When we arrived we were booked into a room that had not been clean. The beds were slept in and there was trash everywhere. My second room was better but one of the towels had stains on it.

The property is in a very convenient location. It is well situated, clean and easy to find.
There was very little by way of active staff around the place. Fortunately, apart from a delayed check in, it didn't really matter.

Location good and late checkin easy. Overall room was clean.
Rooms clean but need updating. Blankets and dust ruffle stained, toilet seat disgusting falling apart. My booking said separate bedroom and it was not. Please advise extra pillows in bureau - found too late and used the tiny ones on bed.

large room, 2 kings, kitchenette, a/c, direct tv channels.
no housewares, yet has a kitchenette. housekeeping failed to clean our room daily. room smelled, pillows are second hand from local jail. no ice machine access, have to request the front desk (which is often unstaffed) to fill your bucket as 1 staff member is running back and forth between the comfort inn, adjacent managed property.

The staff was not helpful when our laptop couldn't access the Tower internet. They said it was our computer. But, we just checked into a Best Western, and the laptop accessed the internet with no difficulty.

Large room and comfy beds and clean on the most part. Not happy being across the street from a 5G cell tower!
No table to eat on. Empty efficiency kitchen......no dish washing liquid, dish cloth/sponge and dish towel, also, no plates, utensils or pots & pans. Refrigerator freezer was loaded with ice, offering minimal space. Dirty floors!

It was dirty. The bathroom door had many dirty handprints on it. Walking on the floor made my feet dirty. You could see stains on the bed covers. The shower safety bar pulls right out of the wall.

We booked a 2 room suite and we’re only given a one bedroom. They charged us the same price as if it was a 2 bedroom because they said something was wrong with the bathroom in the 2 bedroom. Not my problem. Should have given us a cheaper rate because of one bedroom. Another couple had to find a place to stay. Very disappointed!

Breakfast is not offered here so can't comment. Breakfast across the street at Shoreline diner was fantastic.
Location is great for activities in Guilford and Madison nearby.
Office staff was very friendly.
Room was very basic but adequate enough. Pillows were weird (small and bumpy) and linens were dingy and pillowcase scratchy. The walls were thin and someone was blasting tv until after 3am which prevented a good night's sleep. We paid way too much for this experience!
