the location was good for attractions
it is very dated and worn. Desk clerk was barely pleasant. The breakfast area was not attended to when guests were there. Only thing cleaned up was the trash. bathroom was so so small that your had to really work your way around the door to get out. Only 1 desk chair with the beds.

I liked the location
Our hotel had bed bugs! We put them in a cup after being woke up from being bitten. Management is aware and unfazed didn’t want to give refund for subsequent days. Then Simon called police for me trespassing after I told fellow guest in lobby to check their bed…. But refused to work with me on room reimbursement. Told me to call booking.com but did not do his part to get refund. Still no contact 3 days later. Avoid this place!!

Breakfast was average. Waffles, cereal, muffins. It was very clean. It’s not anything fancy but clean and well worth the money. Bed were comfortable, pillows a little hard for me but my husband thought they were perfect.
Our door wasn’t sealed you could see outside around our door. So we could hear everything going on outside. Which made for a loud nights sleep with all the traffic.

Pool closed. Dirty old bedding. Tub was two tons stained. Lady at check in said no rooms on first floor available. When indeed one was open .

The location was great. Close to all of the vacation attractions. Majority of the staff was friendly and helpful.
Rooms could have been a little cleaner. One of the girls at the front desk argued with me about switching rooms when I informed them our air conditioner wasn't working. I feel like I should have been moved without having to argue my case for 5 minutes. In the morning when cleaning crew was about they would knock and then walk right in. They didn't give you ample time to get to the door before they barged in on you.

The price.
The parking was smaller than the max capacity of the hotel itself, the bathtub had initials carved into the bottom and paint peeling off it. The door had no secondary locking devices.

Upon checking in I check the bathroom for cleaniness, there were public hairs on toliet, towel had woman's hair on it, tub also had pub hairs from previous rentals. This is not clean! Just shows no effort was made to clean!

Nice to have a smoking room.excellent customer service.very clean inside and outside.no bugs..bed was very comfortable. No water issues. No heating issues.
I think the price could be a little cheaper. While it's true, everyone goes up on weekends to do so between $60-$70 is really stretching it...to get out if the hotel parking lot you have to wait till someone is polite enough to let you.

After changing hotels three times in seven days, we finally had bath towels!
Bathroom was moldy and painted shower had been scraped but not repainted. sink was old and dated but it worked fine. Room 216

The bathroom had chips out of the bathtub that had been resurfaced. But it was ok
