Manager went above and beyond to accommodate a personal request. Location is excellent. Bedding is very good. Bath/shower products were of nice quality.

Front desk has to ask for permission for a nominal personal request. Value (no breakfast included). Rooms need updating if you are going to charge premium rates. Our furniture had stains all over. Minimal TV channel selection. It is very apparent that you are resting on the fact that you have a great location.

The property was so beautiful, all the exterior and interior matched wonderfully and made us feel like we were in paradise. All the facilities were clean and easily located. The heated pool was such a welcome treat after a long walk on the beach which is literally in view of the hotel pool, only a couple mins walk away. The hot tub next to the pool was another wonderful addition as was the fire and seats that allowed us to enjoy the view of the waves at night. Everything was perfect and I cannot recommend staying here enough!

It’s barely even worth mentioning but my only issue was that the fireplace in our room wasn’t switched on by a switch like the other rooms but rather a dial that looked like it was for the air con so we didn’t know how to switch it on and had to call the front desk. They did say that they were going to update this design to match the other rooms.
