The first room we were given was not clean at all. There was hair in the bed on the sheets, the walls and floor were filthy. The desk chair was missing a wheel do you couldn’t sit in it. They then moved us to another room that was just as filthy. I then asked for a room in the front side of the hotel and it was better, but I can’t say it was great. The next morning there was a girl out on the balcony in her underwear yelling at her boyfriend across the parking lot. Definitely will never go back.

Everything. The room had black mold everywhere, dirty, no light bulbs, the staff was very rude and disrespectful. I wouldn't suggest anyone stay in this hotel.

You can walk to mcdonalds for breakfast.

This is the area they dump the prisoners right out of the prison. It looked like I was in a third world country. As an added bonus my door didn't have a functioning lock on it. Filth everywhere. Sheets had stains and burns. Drug dealers running around in all red and gold chains. It is the worst hotel stay I have had in my life.

The room was clean enough. When I interacted with the housekeeping staff, they were friendly and helpful.

This hotel is not suited for tourists. There is no lobby accessible. You had to interact through a glassed off window. It appears to be for long term residents. There are restaurants nearby to walk but no sidewalks. The parking lot was very noisy. I got information from the staff about city bus usage but the only bus schedule they had told me how to get to the County jail. I'm a tourist... The website indicated breakfast was available. There was no breakfast. There were no maps for tourists. My friend in the next room had someone knock on her door late at night every night. The police were there at least once while I was there. Unfortunately, when I booked a flight, I had no idea what was happening in Nashville that weekend. This hotel was the only one available for that time period. I appreciated that and that the room is clean enough.

Bed sleeped well

Extremely disappointed very dirty too many year-round or weekly residents loud music all night... Seemed like there was a drug dealer in the parking lot with his headlights on cars stopping all the time people getting out exchange cash then leave..Did not feel safe was worried about security of my vehicle..NO HEAT or AIR... Had to use a space heater for heat and it took three space heaters from management to find one that worked .. would never recommend this place and I think Bookings.com should remove them from their web page Jim...260-668-9889.
