False advertisement. There was NO HOTTUB. And the pool was NOT heated. Too cold to stay in. These admeneties were the only reason we chose to get away locally for a night and due to false advertising we wasted $176. The egg omelette in the morning was dried out and old.

Booking, you blew it! It was under heavy construction and I wasn’t notified until after I booked the room with you. A 10 hour drive, I don’t want to search for another hotel. There was a paint crew outside the room, a couple chairs in a hallway for breakfast. The place was super dusty everywhere. When I asked for an AARP discount they said Booking.com was the discounted rate. The front desk didn’t care at all. It said it was on the website… but it didn’t show until later on the Booking.com site.

The staff was immediately available and personable. Shelby at check-in was really genuine. At checkout, Julie? Julia? was very efficient. And when I realized I left my wedding ring in the room, the staff rushed to find it. Really couldn't ask for a nicer bunch

I liked it all. No complaints

Beds & pillows were comfortable. Eating, common areas were very clean and pleasant.

Pool area was dingy and looked worn out. Noise from the road. Construction equipment not totally isolated behind building. Smoking area just outside front door--gross & not pleasant to walk past.

Location close to my family and shopping

Checking in was slow. Internet slow unless upgrade to Hilton honors
