Staff was rude, room was dirty, parking lot and grounds were unclean and overgrown. People loitering and smoking directly in front of building entrances. Asked for more than 2 towels (2 people, 2 nights) was given an attitude and told to wait for housekeeping. Felt like staying in the ghetto, left at midnight on second night because it felt grimy.

Clean, comfortable motel. Staff was helpful and kind.

Refrigerator did not work TV did not work. Arrived around 4ish. Settled in the 1st room with tv and refrigerator not working. Went out to dinner. At 8:30 pm, The young desk lady tried to get the tv and refrigerator working. She kept unplugging both items and letting the appliances 'rest'. Finally after no success getting either the tv or refrigerator to work, we changed room. As a diabetic, I needed the refrigerator for medication!

The staff were friendly and professional.

the 100 deposit above and beyond my room charge was a surprise. The shower in the room was "fixed" with orange duck tape. The bathtub was not completely clean... it was stained. Next to a strip club.

It smelled., Questions were not answered, asked for dog guidelines, never got any. We got a call later that our dog was barking and we needed to return back to the hotel. Told us they had no adjoining rooms for our family of 5. Put us in separate rooms. My room had an adjoining door so they could have accommodated our family. We will not return to a red roof

Nothing good to comment on, my experience was bad and the hotel is full of problems. What saved me a little was the professional at the hotel who somehow solved my problem. The room is not bad, but not good either. The bathroom itself is pretty bad.

My experience was full of problems, I took a 2-day trip to Fort Wayne, but the hotel is not well located. The neighborhood looks a little dangerous and is right behind a strip club, so the atmosphere is not the most family-friendly possible. During the night I could hear families with children crying, people arguing, and couples screaming at each other, outside there were some people smoking marijuana right below my window. The hallway smelled like weed too. The cleanliness of the building was deplorable, some employees wore drug-approving clothes, which I also didn't like. The hotel ended up giving me a bad experience, when I arrived at the place the hotel charged me the amount that had already been paid online once again, and when I asked for a refund of the amount the next day I was charged 2 more times. So I stayed two days and paid for 6, after talking to the manager and trying to be as friendly as possible he managed to solve my problem okay, however the conversation with the accommodation and the booking application took almost 4 hours of my day. To be honest, the quality of service provided by the employees varies greatly, some are reasonably friendly and others are rude, overall the experience did not please me. The room overall is fine, the bed is comfortable, it's surprisingly clean and the bathroom is ok, definitely not the best, but ok for a night or two.
