Location, breakfast, front desk staff, comfortable bed
TV wouldn’t turn completely off, night stand was damaged, peeled paint in restroom, no extra roll of toilet paper only half a roll was on roller, the freshener used in hallways reminded me off an old casino

I could hear people in the halls really early in the morning and the pool room was to hot

I normally do not like to stay in motels but sometimes you have to. My family and I were in town for just one night and I had booked the motel reservations on line and I admit I was not familiar with your motel and was a little nervous. The room was clean, it was quiet and the free breakfast was decent. I would stay there again if needed.
No toast for breakfast and it was in a busy location, traffic was heavy.

The breakfast was so par. Put up at 9 am. Entirely to early. The eggs and sausage would of been a bonus but sat there since 6 am. Completely dried out. No bread of any kind. Could be upgraded easily.

Convenient location for purpose of visit and to restaurants; room was clean and comfortable
Front desk attendant seemed away from desk frequently; several people lounging in small front lobby most of day which left me with an "unsafe feeling." Arriving back at hotel after 9pm no one was monitoring traffic in the hotel.

Breakfast average could have used eggs, bacon or sausage. Pastry I got was old. Location was great so waited later for lunch to have a variety of places. Shopping nearby too. Wish I was offered rewards or information to sign up especially we stayed 5 days!!!
Breakfast would have enjoyed some eggs, bacon, sausage. Rooms excellent location next to elevator. Beds were comfortable and QUEEN size choice was greatly appreciated!!! Nice sitting area for smokers or just sitting outside for a bit. Excellent location especially for meals and shopping.

Wonderful staff.
Rust around the shower drain. First room assigned the AC was broken and had to switch rooms. A little musty. Smelt like weed in front of doors where people were smoking right next to entrance. Weed smell throughout halls.

Room and surrounding areas clean and well-kept. Beds comfortable. Coffee at breakfast bar very good.
Strong chlorine (from pool) on the first floor. Some of the furniture looks roughly used. Very limited breakfast items.

The location is prefect!
The pool is not maintained well. It had too much choline. The choline burns your eyes before you even enter. The breakfast needs a big improvement or discontinue advertising this property as breakfast included
