Had to change room because the heater wasn't working in my first room

Can't knock what others have said but, in my opinion the overall conditions are not nice and clean. The room was a bit musty and the upholstered chair was partially covered in mold. I paid for 2 days in advance but could not stay completely through the 2nd and left. Definitely needs more attention to details.

Nothing. Wasn't able to check in the room because the guy at the front desk didn't know what he was doing.

Didn't like the fact that they were trying to charge my boyfriend's card twice. The manager Mary was also very rude on the phone. She yelled at him when he was simply trying to explain the situation to her.

The lady that assisted at the front desk was very nice when I asked to change rooms, only thing I liked about the place.

EVERYONE'S WORST FEAR! STAINS ON THE BEDSHEETS!!! Need I say more? ALSO, THIS PLACE STINKS!! We had to switch rooms from our first room and the second was no better, thank god I carry Febreze in my car because it smelled like wet dog and mold. When I told the lady at the front desk she smiled at me as if she knew that the entire hotel had an order. My brother also stayed at the other end of the hotel and the smell got no better, smelled like moth balls and mildew. What did they do after I told them it stank you ask? Literally the same thing I did, rather than clean the room she went in with a can of Febreze and sprayed the room.

The parking was convenient. That was the ONLY good thing.

The employees were rude. The doors didn’t unlock 9/10 tries. The rooms were dirty and run down. The shower in the bathroom was falling apart - from the faucet to the shower head. It also didn’t drain. At night and in the early morning, they lock the entrance to the lobby. There is a doorbell, but all three times we tried to enter, it took five - seven minutes for someone to come let us in.
